The Castle Climbing Centre can now offer you the ability to purchase our popular climbing vouchers online. Your voucher can be used to purchase anything from a taster session through to a yearly membership plan. You can buy one for yourself or as a gift for someone special!

Your voucher will come in the form of a coded set of letters and numbers to be used for online booking. If you would like the voucher code to be a surprise for someone. Buy it for yourself and then contact our reception team with the name and e mail address of your intended recipient and we will enable the voucher to be used with that persons details at any time.

Old fashioned paper vouchers, with a card are still available from reception.

Refund Policy
Please note that an administration charge of £5.00 will apply to all voucher refunds.
Refunds can only be made to the original credit/debit card used for purchasing the voucher.

If you are intending to use a Castle gift voucher to purchase a non introductory course (Lead, movement 1 or 2 or strength & conditioning) or a membership plan please note that the attendee on the course/membership plan must be an existing, registered Castle customer
